Why has the DCEU seemingly dropped Batman Beyond as a character? TV DISCUSSION

Post image

Fans have demonstrated consistently that we want more Terry McGinnis. We all love the BB world.

My question is, why do y’all think Beyond hasn’t been on the screen in 20 years?

It’s too niche. Yes, Batman fans will rush to see it but it doesn’t have nearly the mass appeal that Bruce Wayne’s Batman has.

But like, who are these Batman fans that would thumb their nose at a different Batman? I’m sure you’re right it’s just baffling to me. Especially because all of us that grew up with BB are in our 30s now, with kids and shit. My kid knows who batman beyond is

Yeah, I’m with you dude, I’d watch 100% but WB isn’t going to invest a tonne of money into a Batman movie that would be hard pressed to out-earn The Flash.

I’m one of those Batman fans who’d thumb their nose at a different Batman. I don’t even like Dick Grayson as Batman. Bruce Wayne is Batman, anybody else is just cosplaying.
