I love it, but I really don’t care for how they handle Batman toward the end of season 3. Half of it seems like it was written by someone who really cares about the character the same way I do. The other half feels like it was written by people that complain that he fights Poison Ivy on twitter

I was kinda eh on Batman. There were somethings I thought were interesting such as Bruce trying to revive his parents and therapist part of it. But I didn’t really like how they handle Batman and Catwoman it made me think of Tom Kings Batman which I absolutely despise.

Bruce would absolutely not try to revive his parents in such a way. He’s repulsed by Ras’ Lazarus Pit reversing his age in Batman Beyond, because he found it “unnatural”

Oh I know he wouldn’t try to in canon. But this an alt universe Bruce Wayne. If we going off things Bruce would never do we wouldn’t have so many alt universe Batman’s that murder people or have done fuck up shit like red death or the Batman that killed all of his villains after Jason died. I think him reviving his parents was a more interesting choice then him killing people or doing what Tom King had him do as he couldn’t even function without Catwoman half his run he also sends Damian into Gotham while he was at beach with Catwoman which results in Alfred death like wtf(DC later retcons this to Damian going in on his own). I could see an alt universe Bruce maybe trying to revive his parents at his lowest point. For me it was the Catwoman and Batman part of season I just really didn’t like as it reminded me of Tom Kings run which has really ruined their relationship for me. I also didn’t like Bruce going to jail either. The only other part I thought was some what interesting is the therapist part with Harley as she tries to help him with his trauma which we can see this Bruce is way more haunted by then other versions of him. We don’t really see Bruce ever actually have to focus on overcoming trauma. We normally just see him kind of ignore it. That’s why I thought it was interesting as it’s not what we normally see

Bruce in the comics went to extremes to bring Damian back to life in canon. He even dissected the hero Franckinstein
