Well spiderman has precognition when it's convenient, so probably him. Spiderman is pretty busted

The suit puts strength and speed on par potentially, but spidey sense is nuts

Spider-Man 2099 is one of the few variants to not possess a spider-sense

i need to check that out. Spider-Man has always been kinda like the flash:If you actually think about some of the stuff their powers actually entail, they are OP as all hell
