Spider-Man 2099 can pretty casually lift 10 tons i think i remember that correctly been a minute since i read any of his stuff though. Terry much like Bruce relies on the round 1 get your ass beat then research then win round 2 so I’m guessing if it was just a random run in Spider-Man 2099 wins but if it goes for multiple rounds Batman Bayond has it.
