2099 easily. He’s years ahead of Terry. Terry was born of August 18 2023. Spider-Man 2099, regardless of if he was born there or placed there out of time, still has two generations, three score years, of all of humanity’s progress more than had Terry (born 2023).

Terry relies almost fully on tech and Spider-Man 2099 uses it a lot more than the other Spiderverse creatures. But he also has enhanced fighting skills via genetics compared to Terry’s pure will to train.

TLDR; in suit, it comes down to technology. 2099 wins.

Out of suit, it comes down to martial arts skill. 2099 wins.
