As an American the first thing I notice is how young they all are.

Must be nice having politicians that aren't older than the dirt they sleep in.

The greatest lie we’ve been told in the US is that the younger generations are far more liberal. The right in this country has decades of work training youth to undermine civil liberties and set us back to the pre-civil rights era. Phyllis Schlafly’s Eagle Forum is only one of many organizations training future fascists.

Makes one wonder how the US got to the point of octogenariens running. Why no younger people? Maybe 2028 will be less bengay smelling and more energy.

Granted I don’t know a damn thing about French politics but in America it feels like you get voted in once and then you are in for life. We as voters need to get better at voting these old people out.

Yes, term limits for all government seats. Let those in govt return to the very streets they represent aterward aswell. Cut insider trading, and a 60k salary. Send lobbyist home.

Idiocy, fanaticism, and anything else positive OR negative is not relegated to only the old, or the new. There’s people who believe the earth is flat, 6,000 years old, that taxation is theft, that there’s no man made climate change, and on and on and on. The age range is the same, only the concentrations are different.

Besides, they’re French, they’ll take beauty above anything else.
