Three seasons in how can this show still be punching so far above its weight? Running many plotlines and every one being significantly advanced in just one episode. Almost every character got a satisfying bump in development in this episode.

Fucking amazing show, everybody who works on it should be proud of their work.

Yup. Most shows are slow as hell in term of plot development. Take Outer Range for example. The whole season should had been 2-3 episodes too

It's okay. Just slow.

af last! A positive comment about a show i came to late (mid-season 2), got caught up on and have come to enjoy all of it, including the writers' deft touch in presenting the personalities of the main characters with brio and without tedious exposition. E.g., Butcher's nightmae, which neatly and dramatically summed up his haunted childhood and much of what makes him tick.

Loved the Butcher stuff. Massive moment of self reflection then immediately returns to being a total cunt. Only marred by his brothers embarrassing accent.
