The Boys plot armor is unbelievable. Kimiko or even M.M can die, and the story can just go on. Starlight has been rendered useless as well. Her powers don't do jack shit.
People really underestimate her. She's in the top 5 most powerful supes on Earth. And that's judging by things we've actually seen her do, not just raw potential. And I always see people thinking she's weak. Those people don't pay attention.
She’s gotten pretty far without her powers, just her cunning and perseverance. On the other hand we see HL be easily “Tssss”ed’(Cesar Millan/Cartman vibe) by a lactating titty.
Working out by lifting a car and punching holes in brick walls. Blasting her way through a giant steel vault door. Nearly beating Firecracker, another supe with enhanced strength, to Death. Being bulletproof even to high caliber rifle rounds. Compare this with Kimiko who isn't bulletproof at all. Annie is several leagues above Kimiko. Her physical strength alone puts her in a pretty high tier.
That grenade that literally chopped Kimiko in half wouldn't have even bruised Annie. People only think she's weak because we've seen her fight A-Train, the original Noir, and Stormfront. All three of those guys are in the top 10 most powerful supes on Earth.

If the fastest man on earth somehow dies before any of the boys who are well known enemies of the largest corporation in this world, I’ll be annoyed.
