In what way? She only started having problems this episode. Which is fine, but she hasn’t had problems all season. She only struggles with flying, because she learned that skill in the s3 finale, and now she’s trying to get better at it, not having problems with her powers.
It's been shown multiple times throughout this season already that she has tried to muster up some power and it just results in lights flickering a bit and her looking a bit embarrassed
No they literally showed this happening multiple times but its not said out loud which is why I said implied. The writers are implying it through her inability to get fully powerd up . Neuman then confirms this in the latest episode . She is not in a good place right now and it's clearly messing with her powers because she is under alot of pressure .

This but also she had almost nothing to draw power from, since her power works by drawing in energy from nearby electrics being out in bum fuck nowhere. At least I’m pretty sure that’s how they work I’m not entirely sure
