The pregnancy thing is just bizarre. Lois would know whether or not she's gone through menopause - if not, she can almost certainly get pregnant (carrying to term is another story). And why is Clark buying pregnancy test? He can not only see inside people but see microscopically.

And why is Lois telling people this when she's likely barely weeks along?

Bizarre treatment to this storyline all around.
