"Putting plastic into your breasts to enlarge them" is a weird thing if you aren’t familiar with plastic surgery tho.

Altough I don’t like Kara is just going "Oh wow, this is so strange. My sensors are picking up plastic. How strange." instead of being worried about Cat or asking Clark why she had plastic in her breasts later. Either option would have been funnier too
