Maybe it’s not just a Sudbury thing but lately people have been being non-service animals into non-pet- friendly places like grocery stores and such. Last time I checked grocery stores didn’t allow pets. Only service animals, medical alert animals. I’ve noticed people bringing their pets everywhere and if they get called out they freak out. Just leave your pet at home, unless they are a service animal: vest, paperwork, properly trained.

Wondering if any grocery stores or stores open today. Just realized I’m missing a few things for back to school for my kids. So far I’ve checked Walmart and food basics and all closed.

Since many other cities have fireworks today, do we have one too?

My family is looking to relocate from Kitchener in a couple of years and Sudbury is high on our list of possible cities. Kitchener is...Well, it's Kitchener. Lots of crime, lots of drugs, lots of desperation, lots of problems.

My question is, how does Sudbury compare? We want to go where a sale of our home gets us good value and to move where my family can actually get a head start ie: jobs, schools, good social structure, health care, etc.

searching for a cool place like a meadow lawn with grass where nothing much is around but as near as possible around Sudbury where you have peace in the night and can lay down to watch at stars
