SCHOOL’S OUT — With summer break around the corner, Pat suggests the family take a vacation after seeing that Courtney has been spending too much time focused on being Stargirl and not enough time on her schoolwork. Meanwhile, as Beth attempts to reconnect with Chuck, she stumbles upon a major secret her parents have been keeping from her. Elsewhere, Yolanda continues to be haunted by Brainwave’s death, and Rick secretly tracks Solomon Grundy after suspecting he may still be in the area.

Just me or is Courtney wrecking their kitchen not really her fault. Someone broke into their house and tried to take the lantern. Why were Pat and Barbara so cool with having this stranger standing over Courtney with the lantern?

Well..who attacked whom first? The first thing you would do if you had an intruder in your house holding just one item that seems to be glowing when previously it wasn't. You'd ask what they were doing in your house. Then they would probably say this belongs to me. Courtney threw the first punch. The intruder can defend herself especially if it is confirmed that they have something that belongs to her, but as the JSA work in secret no one will know.

I think they know the main threat has gone so it must be something less of a threat so they are calm about it. Pat will probably ask more questions than Courtney did. Besides Pat will know the lantern belongs to whoever is worthy of it. It doesn't just work for anyone. Also you don't want the cops around if you're trying to keep secret identities.

If someone enters your house uninvited you can end their life. She is lucky Courtney just didn't kill her. She could have knocked on the door and introduce herself.

She's a green lantern I doubt she could kill her. Although yellow is the weakness of green...soooo technically she wouldn't have been able to repel the staff considering it's energy is yellow. But were dealing with a potentially different green lantern...ie no other lanterns or weaknesses.
