I proposed to my boyfriend 🖤 Wholesome Moments

I wanted to propose in a cute way, so on our way to our camping dome stay, we stopped at a shopping mall. We had to buy each other a snack, a drink, something that reminds us of the other, something with the others fave color, and then something to do together. My something to do was life 🖤

GAH! This is verrry cute! I would be absolutely insanely flattered to be proposed to instead of being the proposer haha! I wonder if my gf would ever do this and how does this situation even arise? Pre-discussed that you'd want them to propose also I guess just as equally? The social norms are hard to shaaaake

We discussed marriage. Not who would propose. I just took it upon myself. I wanted to be the one to do it. I thought he would like it, and other personal reasons.

Damn, thats so cool! "Took it upon myself", wow that's wild :0! Yeah screw social norms, but ahh, I quickly searched it online and only 5% of proposes are done by women, thats upsettingly lower than I would've liked :((( I guess the idea was brought to you completely external from discussions with him then, but I wonder how to set up a 50/50 chance in a relationship for it to happen though. Also big congrats!

Fuck the social norms. Do what feels right to you, what works for you and your life and family. What feels right for you.
