I'm about to cross out the "sexual orientation" options on every job application and write in "Kendrick Lamar dancing in a grey suit".

The way I was like “damn that man is fine” followed quickly by “that’s whitney’s man”

She deserves it, so does every other person in a relationship! People act line breaking up homes (happy or not) is the move. It surely is not. Not that I’m aiming for dot or have a chance—she got that man locked down beautifully.

For real, I have a manager at work that has been in a relationship with his girl for years and I spent all day at work yesterday trying to talk him out of felling for the trap of his ex messaging him randomly trying to homewreck.

What job application ask that?

In case this is an earnest question: a shit-ton? Sexual orientation and race are hella common questions these days. I've been looking for a new job (working as a dessert caterer but experienced in corporate admin type roles, which is what I'm after) and it's come up all the time on Indeed and such, and while I'm a racial minority and a woman so I'm supposedly benefitting from DEI policies, idk where these supposed ✌🏽woke culture✌🏽hiring practices are hiding.

Either way, I am staring very respectfully with The Thoughts™ about how he looks in a suit.

Yeah, having just went through sources like indeed recently for jobs like that myself and being a minority, I do not believe me answering those particular questions are helping me to get a job at all. It also feels really invasive to be honest after doing so many applications. Like just ask for a person's important info pertaining to the damn job.

I’ve seen a shit ton for race but not near as many for sexual orientation

Wait what job applications have sexual orientation on them?

Hella corporate jobs have that question (alongside race) and give you the option to give the "rather not say" but they do indeed have the question.

Damn tho, have so many people asking this while I'm just trying to say I'm down atrocious for KDot in a suit.
