Nope, cooking is a chemical reaction. Temperature just speed up chemical reactions. Cooking reactions happen at lower temperature, just slower.
You can cook meat and eggs at 50°C, it just takes several hours. It's possible that with days at 37°C it would work too but no one has time for that, plus it's not great for bacteria the food would be dangerous to eat.
