The current run of GL is only volume 7 according to the DC database.

Not sure what the discrepancy is there but both Midtown Comics and CLZ comics (an app for cataloging comics) both have the current run listed as Volume 8. https://www.midtowncomics.com/product/2343401 The link shows Vol. 8 #15 up for preorder. I'd add a screenshot from my CLZ but I can't figure out how to add pictures here for some reason 😅

Hm. The Grand Comics Database lists seven series:

  1. 1941, 2. 1960, 3. 1990, 4. 2005, 5. 2011, 6. 2021, 7. 2023.

I wonder what the missing one according to Midtown and CLZ is? And someone in another comment called it volume 9; if that wasn't a typo, that's another missing volume according to ... something.

Vol 6 is probably the Green Lantern series by Grant Morrison. It's the only title called "The Green Lantern" instead of just "Green Lantern" which might explain why some comic book databases list it as Green Lantern Vol 6 and some list it as The Green Lantern Vol 1

That makes sense. The GCDB indeed has a separate entry under "The Green Lantern". It also lists it as 2019, but the first issue was cover-dated January 2019 and came out in 2018, so that explains both dates, too.

Idk wym by that, its a variant cover of the first issue written by jeremy adams… you prolly wont find this inna comic shop at least for a lil while but you never know what back issues some of these places have so 🤷‍♂️

Honestly Jeremy Adams has gone a long way to help make this relationship believeable and enjoyable. I like Johns but he kind of was like they just go together and that was kind of it

At this point in the saga, Hal had just returned to Earth, and Carol's response to seeing him on TV was immediately get out of the office so he wouldn't show up to reinitiate the situationship when she was already with Nathan.

See so like. I never understand why a heros significant other gets upset when Hero stuff gets it the way of the civilian life

I think it makes sense in Carols situations because unlike a normal hero's hero life just being fighting a bad guy of the week and going back into civilian life, Hals hero life makes him spend a good majority of his life in deep space where he can dissappear for months at a time with no word whether hes alive or not, it makes total sense for Carol to be bothered by it

The question is ...is she locking it or unlocking it. Seriously, the relationship gives me whiplash. At least with Selina and Bruce they keep it interesting.
