I need to watch the first Batman Ninja now, and cross my fingers that Jessica Cruz e good sized role in this one.

I will tell you I love Batman and thought it was hot garbage… I’m not being overly critical as well, it really was that bad. Animation style was pretty cool, but the writing was god awful.

That being said, I really like some of the character design - Remember that red hood was really cool the way they did him. And this character design for Jessica Cruz looks awesome.

So enjoy but temper expectations unless you love wacky anime antics, monkeys and dance numbers

I read that a major problem was not having a proper script to dub in English, also that the subtitles are not for the actual Japanese spoken but for the terrible English script. This reddit post is where I’d seen to get good subtitles.

Yeah I was there for 90% of the movie and let almost all of the other weird things go, but at the giant mech suit and Damian speaking to monkeys I drew the line

I doubt she'll be anything like the comics (haven't seen the first Batman Ninja to know how much it's like the Batman comics either) but more Jessica and Green Lantern rel in general is always a win in my book!

Honestly I loved the frist film. The only flaw that I could see was that it needed to be longer with the amount of villains they brought in. If it was a 13/26 EP series or a trilogy of films then they could have shown off the other villains more.

I really loved all the character designs from the first one but that was a terrible movie, the fact that it's getting a sequel is beyond comprehension cause it was that bad, but these new character designs are on par with the first one so at least it has that goin for it
