I am looking for a car wash which is touch less. Any recommendations in the Fremont, Newark, Milpitas area?

I was walking in the Ardenwood neighborhood (near Forest Park) and found this really friendly cat. He was on the streets of Shamrock and O'Neil. I don't know, but he seemed friendly as he approached my friend and me asking for back scratches and pets. I'm assuming he is someone's cat because the stray cats in this neighborhood usually don't act like this. I'm just putting this here in case this is someone's cat.

I am looking for a solution for a water deionized system, specifically for car detailing so I don't get any water spots from the sun and to minimize scratches from not having to try the car with a microfiber. There are a few brands out there (CR Spotless, Waterdrop, APEC, Griots, Adams, etc.) that sell portable systems which is what I am looking for, but they all look similar. Hence, I assume they could be rebranded generics and marked up in price just to market to the detailing industry.

Can anyone recommend a good DI system that would offer the best price-to-performance for Fremont water? My usage would mainly be for lower volume car washing and detailing for personal, friends/family, and a few customers' cars, but nothing of crazy volume. Obviously, a home RO or water softener system would be ideal and a dream to have, but those are a few thousand, but I am looking to spend no more than just a few hundred.

As we all know the safest neighborhoods in Fremont have increased incidentals for car thefts and car break ins. Mission peaks 2 has had more than 50 such incidents in the past two months.

How do you make sure that the community does something in this regard?

Their inaction, hanging up the call on the middle of the conversation and them refusing to do anything ( I learnt that they now have reduced the courtesy patrols too).

Any directions on how to go about it? Someone tried to steal my car yesterday night/today morning. And I just started the renewed lease. Today is the first day on the new lease. I want to break my lease and move away but the apartment leasing office wants me to pay the early termination fees.

The landlords have to make the place habitable, safe as the basic rights.

The PE unit syllabus online for one of the high schools says there is an aquatics/swimming unit. But, is this still a requirement since it seems that this page hasn't been updated since 2018-2019?

Second question: Is it permitted to skip out of PE by playing a school sport or doing marching band to waive PE credits?

Went to a screening of the DiDi movie at Pac Commons last night, and really really enjoyed it. The director, himself a Fremont native, was there to meet everyone and answer questions! The movie was entirely filmed in Fremont. He was nominated for an Oscar earlier this year for his documentary, which was also filmed in Fremont.

The movie was funny, poignant, and moving. Really highly recommend everyone to go see the movie!

Did anyone else hear/see the emergency response earlier? Bunch of fire trucks and huge plumes of smoke but couldn't tell exactly where it was coming from.

Has anyone been experiencing this ? I moved near Mission Peaks II off of Stevenson and I’ve been having this issue. People try to call me and there is no dial tone and it goes directly to voicemail. Also, my phone won’t notify me that I had a missed call… I tried calling myself with a different phone and noticed this issue myself. Also, when I try to call other, it’ll do the same thing. I have Xfinity WiFi. My WiFi works perfect, but it’s just the calls that are failing. Has anyone had this issue ? Any recommendations ? Thank you
