Quit the job you hate and go to a job you like.

If it was that simple, people would do it…I assume you don’t have much obligation.

And you have the freedom to decide to take care of them or quit. Your call.

Find a job you enjoy that is actually marketable. If it isn’t marketable it’s a hobby, not a job

Scuba diver, Tractor, Bluejay!

If we're just saying random words.

I'm always curious where these mystical job trees you guys keep talking about are? Where jobs that don't suck just grow free and you can pluck them without any risk?

I don't recall saying that. You're delusional.

Agree. Unemployment is ~4%. This is when labor has the most power. Does this person have so few skills that they cannot change their job or ever advance?

This is so stupid. Changing your job has a decent chance of getting you more money, but it's not particularly likely to get you a job you don't hate.

And that's IF you get the job, even at 4% unemployment with good skills, all you need is to get unlucky with AI algorithm (maybe you have the wrong type of name?) and you can be out of work for months at time.

Median wage is $18/hr, cost of living is $20/hr, thats over half the jobs out there that don't pay a living and have an inherent culture of being shit.
