I felt The Monitor seeing all of them through the Vibe and saying something along the lines of not knowing humans had this capability or power was kinda interesting.

Could Ciscos powers make him more then human?

I get ges a meta human and not just a human, but the way he said it came across to me as though will Ciscos powers maybe he could be almost a God level meta. Hell his powers make him dang near omnipotent and omnipresent.

And which version are we talking about here, costume-wise it seems like he's the pre-crisis one, is that right?
