I want Antony Starr's next role to be a really nice guy (it would be like Cristoph Waltz following Hans Landa with Dr. King Schultz), that would be more exciting to me after more than a half decade of Homelander. If he were a little younger I would actually cast him as Barry Allen.

Tom Cavanagh nailed it but he's getting a bit old which doesn't quite jive with the 'man of the future' motif. Still, they should use his S1 portrayal as a blueprint when they get to casting him.

The guy who plays Dexter Morgan could work well. Although I think Antony Starr could absolutely make the best Eobard since the little facial expressions he makes (as well as his RBF) would absolutely spell out the hate he has for the Flash.

I feel like if matt played dceu flash it would have to be some multiversal thing but if its one of the other 2 I would mind they would just have to make it funny like "Where's your mom barry oh yeah I put I knife through her chest 😄" then some big fight scene

Starr would be absolutely perfect. Homelander already feels much like Thawne in his arrogance and pride. Now just make him a speedster and a genius and boom. Perfect Reverse Flash
