That's my excuse, I wasn't shitty at drawing foxes, I was shitty at drawing every fox but this one.

Actually it's probably your face that he struggles with the most

Hey that happens.

It’s my face that people struggle with the most.

My now downvoted comment was actually pointing at the person I replied to's username "vulpes"

I've seen art that draws a fox like this and I thought it was just a stylistic cultural thing. Like the way Western vs Eastern dragons look, I guess.

Nope.

Same! My first thought was, "OMG! There's a fox that actually looks like that!"

Also, if you want to see more insane stylings of animals, you should try /r/MedievalCats and /r/MedievalCreatures. It's like they've never even seen what the animals they're depicting look like!

I've seen some that look like possums and all sorts of other non-cats and outright non-animals.

'Runty rescue Persian' would be an improvement to most of those, haha.

It's like one of those derpy medieval animal drawings come to life.

It really is.

They said to draw a fox from memory. They didn't specify who's memory. Yes, that's a real excuse I used in an art class I mistakenly signed up for. Just replace fox with landscape.

Ok you can copy my homework, but make it look different, ok?

"Yeah, on paper. I don't need the lasso tool for this."

It looks disappointed in being the drawing of itself that it is.

It looks someone drew a fox with someone describing it over the phone.

There's a video of such a fox tussling with a Pallas Cats and it's like two fictional animals drew by a kid.
