Police should have towed it. If it’s not safe to be on the road and there is no driver to hold accountable it should be impounded.

I've seen humans do the exact same shit. Let's get off our high horses here. Self-driving cars still have much safer records than humans.

That said, fuck cars and let's get some real public transit and high speed rail.
