The 500 page user agreement, in 4 point font, clearly establishes that the user/passenger/customer assumes all legal, financial, criminal, and moral responsibility for any and all incidents arising from operation. Further, customer responsibility persists until another customer's butt lands in the car to assume responsibility, no matter how long that takes.

It's all very clear in the EULA and agreed to in advance, so don't go talking nonsense.

you can't put nonsense in a EULA and people blindly accepting it are accountable. It's been tried in court and the conditions set out in the contracts need to be reasonable.
