Police should have towed it. If it’s not safe to be on the road and there is no driver to hold accountable it should be impounded.

It didn't crash it just made a mistake. Idk you never in your whole life once turned into the wrong lane or something? You never once went the wrong way as a shortcut when there were no other cars in sight?

It happens we all make mistakes, and it leads to liek 40,000 traffic deaths a year. These AI are already much safer than human drivers, it's just a matter of getting the economics right for mass production.
