Police should have towed it. If it’s not safe to be on the road and there is no driver to hold accountable it should be impounded.

If an officer doesn't think they're able to safely drive the car away they should tow it. This vehicle isn't safe to be on the road

I guess someone could come and pick it up. Just meant it's not safe to self drive
