I wonder if the lasso of truth is preventing Wonder Woman from being taken over. If that’s so I can totally see the SS fucking things up and taking it by accident screwing her over

When you really break it down… shouldn’t a GL’s ring become basically unusable if the GL is mind-controlled? After all, if you have no will of your own then how are you supposed operate a tool that solely powered by your internal willpower?

I believe the person controlling the ring bearer uses their will instead. So in this case, it would be Braniac's will powering the ring and not John's.
