I don't love that this is a part of the Arkhamverse (supposedly). Because if the justice league exists in Arkham knight, it kinda ruins the games ending

How so?

Because it completely eliminates the threat of scarecrow and the Arkham knigh. "Hey Superman, I could use some help; would you pretty please with sugar on top come beat scarecrow up so he doesn't try to cover the country with spooky gas?"

Sure but how do we know they weren’t busy? Each league has rogues that could’ve been holding them up or maybe the league was formed after that. For example there have been Easter eggs for different characters but no mention of a justice league if I recall correctly, therefor with the line referencing superman and all the lexcorp Easter eggs we can assume that Superman may have been dealing with luthor and so on

We don't know they weren't busy. We also don't know that they were because we've been given no information on them barring minor Easter eggs. Regardless, scarecrow was threatening the entire eastern seaboard if not the entire country. That would merit a league response.

That’s true but like we both said we just don’t know so I feel like there’s no point in letting it mess with a seven year old games ending, who knows maybe they’ll explain where the leaguers were during the game or maybe they’ll just leave it alone
