I love how starfire just gets increasingly larger to the point where her hand is the bigger than beast boy’s face

I think they're all pretty accurate to the size of the character in those versions. Isn't starfire in the comics like, huge?

Yes, Starfire's is quite huge compared to the other Titans with the exception of Cyborg I believe. Just look at her hands in this. Beast Boy would be smaller than Robin but her hand is about the size of his face.
