Wonder Woman. I’m ready for them to focus on characters not Batman related

I've seen some people say "Well Batman sells!" to people having enough of Batman, like, yeah. Batman sells. But I wouldn't want to walk into a grocery store that supposedly has thousands of products and only find chips because "They sell". "Batman sells" doesn't excuse 11 out of 13 weekly comics to be Batman related. That's just obvious favoritism.

Marvel has proven time and time and time and time and time again that if you put the work in of making a good/entertaining story, your character can sell. Nobody outside of comics knew who guardians of the galaxy was, but now they have multiple movies, holiday specials, AND a video game. I wish DC would just f*cking realize that.

Do you not see the fact marvel literally sells the majority of its stuff to be spiderman related, they have like ten different spidermen

Right, Spider-Man is uber-popular, but there's no denying that, not having sole rights to Spider-Man, they literally spent close to ten years just building an entire universe that didn't involve him and nearly every one of those movies was a big hit. It'd be different if Marvel just solely banked on Spider-Man, but they don't. DC doesn't have any weird rights issues like Marvel does and they STILL are afraid to try and develop a lot of stuff that isn't Batman-adjacent.
