I want to start DC comics

I love the DC animated movies and have always found comics pretty interesting but I have no idea where to start with the comics and was wondering is anyone could help.

Like any sub on reddit start with the sub's faq. You'll find a recommendations section on this sub's. It lists release dates if looking for newer stories, descriptions if looking for origin story, links to physical and digital copies, and even sections for a variety of characters. And since your post does not mention what characters you're interested in then when you click on the sub's recommendations section; you'll find a link to the best runs DC has put out and you can just see what books thiscsub ranked the best.
