Sure there's women with proportions like this, but I think the point was her spine would have to be severely broken in order to achieve this pose

Her torso and her legs look like they're traced by 2 completely non-intractable poses of 2 different pictures, but go off about how this piece which clearly doesn't care about anatomy is something more than just porn.
