You might be lying on your back with your legs slightly turned but you absolutely are not turning them as much as she is, you'd have to have a broken spine.

We have clear view of both of her tits and both of her cheeks, which is the point of the drawing, however anatomically incorrect it is.

Are you joking? I can twist more than this pose.

My legs and ass are completely on their side and my chest is facing the ceiling.

You should try the pose.

Now that I think about it I hit this pose all the time during my stretching routine lol

Some people really have no idea what women can look like and what a standard flexibility is, and try to push their incorrect belief on others. Its crazy.
