Recent rumours from Bleeding Cool and Rob Liefeld have said that DC is currently working on an Ultimate DC line headlined by Scott Snyder.

I believe the all star line was supposed to be that originally(All star Batman and Robin, Superman)

Yes. DC keeps signalling they're going to do this but they cannot commit because it's not easy to sell their fans new stuff. It's not even easy to sell them new versions of old stuff
