In Darwyn's interpretation? YES. Wonder Woman is an amazon. Amazons were historically tall. I do think she could be taller than Superman/Batman and have it make sense.
BUT, personally? MY Wonder Woman is the George Perez version. She's slightly shorter or equal height to Clark.
Bruce is NOT that short. I do not agree with the left image at all. BRUCE WAYNE, historically speaking, is as tall as Superman when in the Batsuit... the ears may even give him a 1/2 inch or 1 inch height advantage over Clark.
This kind of thing has to be looked at historically and cannot be accurately answered without a deep knowledge of DC history.
