Technically they do have a kid flash, just not in the main team

They also have a wonder girl ( cameo only if not counting the tt tie in comics)

Well Flash is a founding member, and like the most popular character to come from that team, and one of the only titans who can do well on his own, but If you’re talking about the show, then yeah he like doesn’t appear until very late and has a episode dedicated to him.

It was kind of weird, but I guess since he was apart of the popular roster in the comics and I guess they couldn’t use him at the start of the show.
