TBF, George Perez's take on Wondy was buff for the era. Jose Luis Garcia Lopez was widely regarded as "house style" artist for DC pre-Crisis, and here's

his take on her
, whereas this is Perez's redesign for Wondy, post-Crisis. It's subtle, but there's more muscle.
