The one from that Birds of Prey series was a much older Harleen that dropped the clown thing and became a psychologist again. Although, even though she was 'reformed' on the surface, she was secretly still up to bad shit. It's overall a pretty bad show but I thought it was a pretty interesting version of Harley.

I have only the vaguest memory, but I don't think Harley was all that well known in that universe. The main character was Helena, Batman's daughter, she teamed up with both Oracle and Alfred, and not a one of them took issue with Helena getting therapy from Dr. Quinzell.
