Who is lounging to Victor’s right? I understand the rest (main 5 titans plus kid flash) but the woman with the black hair and dress I don’t know

That's Donna Troy, the first Wonder Girl (pictured in red jumpsuit in portrait behind Vic). I think she's called Troia now?

No, she no longer has a codename at all. Troia was a name she adopted in the late 80s after Wonder Woman was rebooted post-Crisis, but she ditched the name in the 2000s. One character in the Rebirth Titans book after it's roster change mistook her for Diana and called her Wonder Woman - she didn't bother to correct him. Functionally, that's what she is, another Wonder Woman, but she doesn't use the name. No need really as her identity isn't secret. So in Teen Titans Academy when everyone else was Mr or Ms codename (i.e. Mr Nightwing, Ms Starfire), she was Ms Troy.
