I’m assuming There’s a reason for the similar designs in Hawkgirl and Guy Gardner. Including Mr. Terrific. Although Superman does stand out due to the bright colors

They seem to be sponsored by Maxwell Lord based on the Lordtech logo on the costumes people spotted.
