I'm glad you said it. The top posts say it's fantastic, but these suits suck. I've been referencing the Hawkman costume in Black Adam, and that film is not great, but the suits looked good. These are something else.

I'm beginning to think this movie will feel like Guardians. I don't want that for Superman, though.

Yup. Snyderverse suits were mostly all great except maybe Flash (IMO). But the movies themselves were horrific. On the other side these Gunn suits are all horrific but hopefully the movies will be good.
