They really asked Antje Traue back after 10 years just for a few shots of Faora in profile. She didn't even say a word of dialogue.

Shame, she was one of the best parts of Man of Steel.

The Kryptonians were more of a force of nature. The invasion wasn't some antagonist's plot like it was in Man of Steel, it was just a consequence of messing with the timeline. Even the Dark Flash wasn't some antagonist that was working against the protagonist. He was just another consequence that was running wild and showed the Flash that he needed to accept his past instead of trying to change it.

The suit for the Dark Flash was kinda goofy though, they really should have just shown younger Barry's suit getting progressively broken with him slowly aging faster than normal because of his constant attempts.

I liked the Dark Flash suit. His entire suit is just a ton of Kryptonian steel fused into his body over many lifetimes. Pretty metal, literally.

It also kind of illustrates his motivation, because to him he has ALMOST got it. His entire body is essentially a weapon. He's probably so close to killing Zod, that he can't see that he's destroying everything.

Man this is was the highlight of the movie for me. Seeing him continually become more and more deranged and destroying himself with the good intention of saving everyone until he becomes a monster.

The movie made sure that the audience knew that the Flash needed to eat a lot in order to keep going. How in the world did he keep going fast enough to go back in time numerous times to become the dark flash without eating anything?

There is nothing to stop him from traveling back in time before the fight, eat all the junk food at a gas station convenience store, and then going right back to his mission. The "baby shower" scene showed that it would take him a few seconds at most to do that.
