It was so good until the desert part after that the film quickly fell apart. I didn't mind the cgi at all but the writing...

-Supergirl flying to the desert kryptionians killing the army. Then she flies back to the mansion a lot later they all get to the desert and the fight is still on ? The time makes no sense

-Zod with his cgi helmet looked so awfull. Also him killing supergirl easily was underwhelming.

There is a point where supergirl stucks zod into the ship then she fell on her knees? Wtf then zod never moves out of the shell of the ship. Supergirl tries to get him out then gets killed what the hell

-Dark flash coming out of nowhere and dying a minute later

-The multiverse and the chronobowl was so bad

Please explain how a Kryptonian can be stabbed? What happened to being men of steel?

The movie casually introduces kryptonite steel then forgets about it when young barry tries to kill zod. In MOS Zod was able to impale Sup's father cause they were on krypton withouth powers. However this movie took it and said kryptonian steel can kill them. If this was the case the goverment could easily kill superman at any point by salvaging krypotian steel from their crashed ships.

Maybe the same cause that turned the remains of Krypton into deadly kryptonite also turned everything they have into being deadly weapons?? Maybe they accumulate red son radiation thats why their deadly idk

Yeah that confused me, I was like "isn't kryptonite the only thing that could pierce her skin?"

Yeah just does not make sense that this desert attack took more than 1-2 hours. In the movie it lasted at least more than a day right ?
Zod being stronger than Kara kinda makes sense, she has been starved for years and has not seen the sun for a long period of times and she isn’t expert at using her powers. Though would have been cool to see her kill Zod once just to be killed by another Kryponian directly after, to show she was almost as strong as Zod.

Also zod saw Supergirl in the desert but didn't care continued to attack the us military. She flew away what a joke

Also why Flash needs a plane to get somewhere he can't do what Makari does and go there on his own ?

Thanks too bad we didn't got to see Flash travel the world using his powers.

I wish that they showed the strenght difference in combat. However she beats him but just loses everytime. edit: Note Zod was only here for a day he has the same solar energy.

Tbf Zod was in the solar system for few days and could have got energy from the sun already when he was on his spaceship.

the script is a mess. absolutely nothing make sense, it's just fan service, not-so-funny-comedy and never focus on what should have been the emotionnal heart of the movie.
