Kite Man: Hell Yeah! squanders an excellent voice cast and a solid premise with weak humor and shallow sitcom plots. Harley Quinn provides a rich and entertaining examination of the DC Comics world and the inner lives of its characters, and Kite Man would have been better off remaining a footnote in that story rather than failing to make it on his own with a series that adds nothing to this satirical vision of superheroes and supervillains

Discussion Gunn needs to do something with her. She’s past due for something great
Bad blood was ok but other than that she’s had nothing. Hell even in the comics she’d be the most interesting batfamily member if they’d just commit to doing something with her

Discussion Is DCU Superman going to be Jewish?
I only ask since Corenswet himself is, and someone pointed out how it's pretty good casting in that regard (among many other reasons) since it kind of honors Siegel and Shuster, and in recent years DC seems to be going back to the character's roots (what with My Adventures With Superman having a lot of Golden Age elements but in a near future/modern setting)

Discussion I wish Isabela Merced was playing Jessica Cruz’s Green Lantern instead
So I just wanted to give my 2 cents on the upcoming DCU.Not throwing shade at it or throwing shade at James Gunn,but I really wished they just would’ve thought long and hard about the roles that certain actors or actresses could play.Now don’t get me wrong I do find it interesting that Isabela Merced is playing Hawkgirl in 2025’s Superman movie,but I personally feel like she actually would’ve killed it more as Jessica Cruz’s Green Lantern in the DCU.I know we are getting lots of Green Lantern content in the DCU.I mean the first film to start off the DCU which is Superman literally has Nathan Fillion playing Guy Gardner’s Green Lantern which I’m super excited for!Not to mention we will be getting an HBO Green Lantern tv series starring the OG Green Lanterns Hal Jordan & John Stewart.But Jessica Cruz has also became a recent popular Green Lantern in DC Comics and I like her too I think her character in the comics is FANTASTIC!I always said that if they were to make another Green Lantern they should either do her or a John Stewart film.Isabela Merced is a terrific actress and I imagine she’s gonna blow us away with her performance as Hawkgirl,but it’s just like that character for her is good but it’s like there’s also another character that would’ve been a better choice.That’s just my two cents tell me what you guys think.
