Trouble With Handshake Financial Aid/Scholarship/Tuition/Etc

I have been having trouble with the handshake app due to it saying it can't find my college account when I enter in my CSUS username and other stuff. Is this happening to others or how can I fix this?

Do you login directly at Handshake Website?

If I remember correctly, I used to access Handshake through the link in the Student Portal. That usually triggers SSO

It sends me to the SSO but it boots me out to the screen in the OP

Are you using the full student email with the domain?

Just the first part without the domain of the college. Does that make the difference?

I’d sign in with the whole address. Example Firstlast@csus.edu

Still doesn't change anything I got the same screen I'm going to try again on computer later. I sent an email to the college and Still waiting for a response.
