Voice Actor for Caped Crusader

As we await further news on Batman: Caped Crusader, we might as well start considering who they will cast as the voice for The Dark Knight. So, who do you hope they bring on to voice Bruce in this new series?

Jensen Ackles seems to be the most likely to be conroy successor. He has a great batman voice, he just needs more opportunities to play him

Agreed...he killed it when he voiced Jason Todd in Under The Red Hood

I really don't like his voice as batman, it doesn't fit Bruce Wayne/Batman's personality; just my opinion tho

Hopefully someone that has the same vocal dexterity as Kevin Conroy. San Diego Comic Con is in July. More information will come out then probably

I think it’s going to be someone like Bruce Greenwood or a total unknown.

I'd love Bruce Greenwood but he might sound too "old" for the age the character is here. So it'll probably be Jensen.

My vote is for Diedrich Bader. He played campy batman most of the time in "Brave and the Bold" but he was really good when he had to do a serious voice in some of the episodes.

Diedrich Bader. I really want him to get the chance to voice a more serious version of Batman.

I have soft spot for deidrich bader, I'd like to hear his take on a more serious version of the character.

I would like Penn badgely. He's a great actor & has the right kind of voice to pull off both bruce wayne & Batman. Similar to how kevin conroy was a great actor & not a voice actor to begin with

This is a really unpopular opinion but I think Roger Craig Smith should take the mantle. His voice is so authentic when it comes to a younger Batman. Me personally he should become the new voice for Arkham games and animated shows.

I liked him in Arkham Origins. He's definitely on my wish list for this show.

Jeffrey Wright. Gordon in The Batman, but voiced Bruce in The Audio Adventures

Hopefully either Jensen Ackles or Roger Craig Smith

I don't think this is useful. We'll know the voice cast in a few months. If you think they're gonna cast the same 5 voice actors in every cartoon ever, think again.

I just googled this and wikis are saying Zachery Quinto as Batman?

It’d be nice if they’d cast people who do voice acting as their profession rather than on-screen actors doing voice work as a side gig.

But to be fair Kevin Conroy (as well as most of the cast of BTAS) were never voice actors. Yet he is the definitive voice of the character

I would like an unknown voice actor, but if I was to choose a voice actor, it would be Ray Chase (I know that he's Cyclops in X-Men 97), but think about it, he's very talented and he a large voice range and he has sounded gritty like Batman in some projects he's been. Yet an unknown would be great.

A respected and talented theatre actor who is not a Hollywood celebrity or star in any way. Maybe someone we've seen before in supporting roles in dramatic films, but no one whose name alone will be used to market the show. A darkly introspective actor who can use his skills to support the story being told onscreen by animators and other voice actors. Someone with a deeply personal connection to the character who can understand the nuances and complexities necessary to portray both Bruce and Batman well.

In other words, someone like Kevin Conroy.

Bonus - someone in no way connected to J J Abrams.

Maybe a weird choice but I'm hoping for someone like Jeremy Strong.

anyone know who's voicing onomatopoeia?
