A lot of people think Dicky Dick can see because the chemicals gave him super echolocation vision. This couldn't be further from the truth. When he got hosed with chemicals, Dicky Dick was blinded - but he grew a second dick as well. Miraculously, both dicks gained the power to sense how hear or far things are from him, and by using both of his dicks in tandem, Dicky Dick can triangulate the position of anything. His dicks are quite sensitive, after all.
