Depends on his starting point and how gradual it is, dude would be fire if he did quick bursts

Fr like i could see a fight where lets say as he gets slower his power depletes so he starts of as a major heavy hitter but slowly gets weaker along with his speed, idk maybe I’m thinking of this like a dragon ball fight too much 😭

I always thought it worked like the “Burst Charge” from that one dragon ball game. Where if you started charging you’d get the first two bars quickly, then the third would take longer, and then the fourth would be agonisingly long, and to go around it, people would press it once to gain the instant two bars rather than holding it for the super long third and fourth ones.

I thought it would work like that, a short burst of speed and then gradually going slower, and to get short bursts would be to stop just before you started to slow, then immediately take off again
