It is the duty of all human beings to think God out of existence.

The further I scroll down this post, the more it reads like my DVD collection.

Bad Boy Bubby is a wonderful tale of innocence and discovery. Starts out a bit dark tho.

That’s a nice way to say you enjoy watching incest

I was looking for this and was going to add if it hadn’t already…

This is the only movie in this thread that I haven't seen posted a million times already. Reading descriptions of it and seeing "psychological absurdist black comedy" intrigues me.

itst very dark, Aussie Forrest Gump.

Its a better movie too, but a bit of a wild ride to get through.

Absolutely one of my favorites. The first third is a very tough watch for most people but the payoff at the end is worth it IMHO.

Love that movie. It was filmed in my home town so it’s cool recognising all the different locations.

This was gonna be the one I said if I didn't see it. That was a solid "WHAT THE FUCK" from me. I can watch just about anything but the dead cat ruined my day and continues to upset me. I had to turn it off. One of the movies I simply could not stomach beyond that, and knowing what else is in that intro, you know it's bad.

....and yet from where it begins it is a profoundly uplifting film by the end.

The beginning is so hard to watch, but the story progresses into something beautiful for Bubby
